This guided reading course is designed to help students master the foundational reading skills of word recognition, vocabulary, development, and basic comprehension. The expected learning outcomes of this course are at the end of the semester the students are expected : to work together and show public-mindedness, social sensitivity as well as responsibility for themselves and environment, to demonstrate the four English skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, to demonstrate proficiency in English characterized by an achievement equivalent to CEFR level B2 and to communicate in English in a cross-cultural context, and to create a business plan or creative works independently using English knowledge and skills to provide English language services for specific purposes
