Based on the foregoing, it is known that partnerships and service quality have a direct effect on partner and customer satisfaction. The testing of the model was carried out on a single organization and is known to have not been applied to banking organizations that partner with universities with PTN-BH (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum) status. Therefore, in this study, the Model of Successful Educational Partnership and Servqual will be tested on university partner banking organizations with PTN-BH (Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum) status, focusing on partner and customer satisfaction.
