I enjoyed reading Financial Crime because it explains a difficult subject in a very clear way. The book starts with the basics and history of financial crime, then moves on to real issues we face today like corruption, embezzlement, money laundering, and terrorist financing. What I liked most is that it does not just talk about laws, but also shows how weak governance, social pressures, and even new technologies play a role in financial crime. The examples on investigation techniques and the role of international organizations were very practical and easy to follow. The part on digital challenges, especially blockchain and cryptocurrency, felt very relevant and eye opening. It shows that the author really understands how financial crime is changing in today
