Therefore, education was not effort to reach the end of education is character. At formal, informal, and nonformal education was not effort to continue character education and implementation in community life at the generation. Character education effort to build and to develop value intelligent character for communityhave three approximation, that is; 1. Develop to have the character pedagogy-psychology at the education; 2. Develop to have character culture-social at the socialize to community; 3. Politic-socio by government policy and community organization.
