Sinopsis
Literacy seems to be one of the words to measure the quality of best education in a country in the world. So when Indonesia was placed in the 60th rank of the world literacy index out of 61 countries surveyed, the government was stung. The results of the 2016 survey released by John W. Miller, President of Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, ranked Indonesia below other ASEAN countries.
